good stay but minor improvements needed
The room was cozy, warm, and had a lovely view of the estuary. Breakfast offered a delightful variety including fresh fruit and a great view from the dining area.
The room access was slightly challenging with limited parking space during peak hours.

Stunning views from breakfast room, Impeccable cleanliness, Excellent location
Limited air conditioning options could be uncomfortable during summer heat!!! Cramped en-suite facilities make for a less enjoyable experience. Some noise from above rooms could disrupt peaceful rest!!! Improved drainage in bathrooms would be appreciated!!!

Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Service
Our stay was spectacular! James and Lisa's hospitality made all the difference, especially when they stored our luggage. Breakfast offerings exceeded our expectations with gluten-free options readily available. Don’t miss the fresh milk and chilled water in the rooms. it’s the little touches that made it special.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The place was spotless and the breakfasts were top-notch. We hit up the Camel estuary and the local market, both just a short walk away. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a chill group getaway!
One thing that could use improvement is the limited parking available. It was tricky finding a spot near the property during peak times.

Impeccable cleanliness throughout the property.
During our stay, we faced several inconveniences. The limited parking made it difficult to find a secure spot, especially during peak hours. the air conditioning was lacking, which turned our room into an uncomfortable space due to the summer heat. Lastly, the cramped en-suite facilities were disappointing and didn't meet our expectations.

The stay was delightful, featuring a spotless room with stunning views and off-road parking, a real advantage in a busy area. Breakfasts showcased a gorgeous fruit salad and an excellent full English, perfect for a hearty start. Despite the lovely walk to the town, the return uphill could challenge those with mobility issues.

The B&B was lovely with clean and modern rooms. Great views from the breakfast area. Breakfast had plenty of choices, though the towels were a bit scratchy. Being on a hill made for a steep return walk, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Best breakfast with a view!
We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The breakfast was the highlight—so much to choose from and that view was just breathtaking! The room was spotlessly clean and had nice little extras like mints. Just be ready for the steep walk back up the hill. not ideal for everyone, but definitely worth it for such a cozy place!
